SPAR Burscough New Building Handover
We’re pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the new SPAR Burscough building on behalf of James Hall & Co. Ltd as part of Phase 1 last month.
The building is now ready for the Shopfit Team to begin their works, which will bring the store to life for the local community. This milestone marks a significant step toward providing an excellent new retail space.
Looking Ahead to Phase 2
Phase 2 of the project is already well underway and progressing strongly. We look forward to sharing more updates as the next stage develops and to seeing the full scheme come together over the coming months.
